Octo Browser Article Contest: Earn up to $1500!
Not long ago, on March 2nd, we celebrated our birthday. Octo Browser turned 3 years old! During this time, you've undoubtedly accumulated experience, knowledge, and interesting stories related to the browser. Share them and get rewarded!
From March 4th to March 29th, send us your articles: guides and tips, reviews of Octo features, successful browser usage cases, or unusual ways to use it. Each participant whose article passes moderation, but doesn’t win the main prizes, will receive 100 tokens sent to their Octo balance, and the authors of the best articles will receive prizes in one of three categories:

- Users' Choice: the main category, the winner of which will be determined by voting in our Telegram channel. Prize: $500.
- Developers' Choice: in this category, the winner will be the one whose article the Octo team likes the most. Prize: $500.
- Partners' Choice: the winner of this category will be determined by an expert from our partners at Afftimes. Prize: $500.
How do I participate in the contest?
Submit your application on Telegram @octobrowser_pr or by email promo@octobrowser.net with the subject "Article Contest." The application must include a link to Google Docs with the article and its illustrations. Please also indicate the email associated with your Octo Browser account.
What should I write about?
Do you remember the good old times of the open beta and can tell how everything has changed in Octo so far? Great, that would be interesting. Started using Octo recently and ready to create a cool guide for beginners? Also excellent. Or maybe you found an uncommon way to use Octo together with another software? Fantastic, share this with the community.

How do I write to win?
For the article to pass moderation, it must include 3000+ characters excluding spaces and at least one illustration. If you describe a case of using Octo in affiliate marketing, proofs are mandatory. We will also check the article for uniqueness and AI usage.
To win, write an interesting and useful text on a relevant topic. Nobody knows what is worth talking about right now better than you!

Where will the article be published?
All articles that pass moderation will be published on the Octo Browser blog. For the article to qualify for being nominated and eligible to win prizes, you will need to post an announcement on one of the platforms suggested by the organizers or on your blog. You can also place your Octo referral link there: a great way to increase your reward!

Participants must submit their articles about using Octo Browser by 29.03.2024.
Requirements for the contest article:
One author can submit multiple articles for the contest. Each of these articles can win in any of the categories.
To participate in the contest, you need to submit your application on Telegram @octobrowser_pr or by email to promo@octobrowser.net with the subject “Article Contest.” The application must include a link to a Google Docs file with the article text, a link to Google Drive for illustrations, the email associated with your Octo Browser account, and a note on how the author should be presented in the blog.
The Octo Browser team reserves the right to make edits to the final text and not to admit articles that do not meet quality requirements. Articles accepted for the contest that will have passed moderation will be posted on the Octo Browser blog.
After the contest article is posted on the Octo Browser blog, the author must post an announcement on one or more of the platforms suggested by the organizers or on their own platform with the organizers' consent. The announcement must include a link to the original publication on the Octo Browser blog. Articles without such an announcement will be excluded from the final voting.
Contest Categories and Prizes:
All contest participants, whose articles pass moderation and are published on the Octo Browser blog, but do not win in the contest, will receive 100 tokens sent to their Octo Browser accounts.
If the jury of any of the categories cannot determine the winner, the category will be canceled.

- The article must be related to using Octo Browser.
- The article must be useful to readers. Figures, facts, proofs, and evidence are more than welcome.
- If an author submits a use case for the contest, providing proof of its truthfulness is required.
- The article must contain at least 3,000 characters excluding spaces.
- The article must include illustrations: screenshots, pictures, memes.
- The article must be unique and not previously published. We will also check for AI-generated text.
